The Ultimate Achievement 「最高の実績 Saikō no Jisseki」is the 389th Page of Yūki Tabata's Black Clover.
Summary
As he dies, Lucius speaks to Julius's soul and questions how he failed when he was perfect, Lucius argues that the Magic Knights Julius made can't make the world fair or bring true peace to the world. Julius explains no one can know that for certain, it is beyond even people like them who can see the future. That uncertainty is why people keep trying, and that's why Asta and Yuno's determination moved the people's hearts more than Lucius's "Salvation." He tells Lucius that is the reason he failed, Lucius's soul then disintegrates.
At the royal capital, Lucius's death causes Moris to disintegrate while the people cheer. Asta and Yuno discover Julius is alive and back in control of his body since Asta used the Demon Slasher to only cut Lucius and Yuno's Wind Spirit Power spared him. He praises Asta and Yuno for their achievements and they are joined by William and Yami who he thanks for raising magnificent magic knights. However, Julius notes the battle did enormous damage with the capital in ruins and countless magic knights dead or mortally wounded. Among the dying is Sekke, who laments he wanted to become stronger. Mereoleona tells her brothers that her spell is about to wear off, and she'll die along with the other Crimon Lions who she revived since they no longer have physical bodies to return to. In his final act as the Wizard King, Julius uses his Time Magic to reverse all the damage done during Judgement Day, restoring the capital, saving the injured, reviving those who died, including Jack, Marx, Revchi, and Gueldre, even rewinding time to where Mereoleona and the Crimson Lions bodies had physical form. Afterward, Julius tells the Magic Knights that he is leaving the kingdom in their hands before collapsing from the spell's effects. Marx mourns for Julius, and the Magic Knights salute Julius for his sacrifice while the citizens marvel at the restored capital.
